About Me
I’ve always been drawn to stories—the kind that linger in your mind long after you’ve finished them, the kind that make you see the world a little differently. With a PhD in English Literature, I’ve spent years studying the way words shape us, and now, I spend my time writing stories of my own. I’m a professor at Saddleback College in Orange County, California, but my love for literature has taken me far beyond the classroom—I’ve lived in Paris and taught in Oxford, England, explored the world on my travels, and even spent time riding my BMW motorcycle down open roads in the Bay Area.
I’ve always believed that life’s best stories come from experience, and I’ve chased adventure in every form—from living abroad in new cities to losing myself in the rich landscape of different cultures. But at the heart of it all, my passion is writing—capturing the quiet, messy, beautiful moments that define us. I do my best writing in the early mornings, coffee in hand, or late at night when the world is still.
If you love stories that feel honest and real—stories about resilience, love, and the in-between moments that shape us—then I think we have a lot in common.
